Is Niizuki good?
Niizuki brings solid anti-air for a destroyer along with an extra main-gun slot that helps mop up low-HP enemies faster. She doesn't do anything that really sets her apart from the rest of the cast though, and she's only obtainable from a 9-4 stage drop, which makes her hard to get for what she offers.

Background
Most of Niizuki's dialogue showcases her extremely low self-esteem and constant worry of making mistakes and disappointing you.
She was commissioned on 31 March 1943, and promptly sunk on the night of 5-6 July 1943 during the Battle of Kula Gulf.
Her sinking only a few months after her construction might explain it.
