A heavy cruiser whose one skill turns incoming fire into offense: each time she's attacked there's a small chance her damage goes up by 25% for 8 seconds. Heavy cruisers are slow and take plenty of hits, so she gets lots of rolls at it, but she has nothing that reduces damage and needs HP and anti-torpedo gear to last.
