Background
San Francisco's character design references and mirrors DC Comics' Harley Quinn.
The former's mannerisms and personality strongly resemble Harley's, albeit being less psychotic.
San Francisco even wields a baseball bat, which is one of Harley's signature melee weapons in the comics, and does so having it behind her head, which is how Harley often holds her weapons.
San Fransico's "Funny Bunny!" skin uses opposite red and blue colors along her bunny ears, the base of her boots, on her tie, and on the right sleeve of her jacket in the censored version.
These details reference the modern iteration of Harley Quinn having her ponytails streaked red and blue.
Her "It's Showtime!" skin could be a minor reference to Harley's original character design having her wear a black and red opposite outfit, which make up the primary color palette of the skin.
It could also be a major reference to a dance scene depicting the modern iteration of Harley from Suicide Squad (2016).
