Is Takao good?

Takao buffs both her main-gun and torpedo firepower through her own skills, and her high HP with medium armor let her tank hits while dishing out damage. Her torpedo damage bonus tops the field among heavy cruisers, and landing both firepower procs can chunk down even tanky bosses, though the procs are chance-based so output swings run wide.

Full Salvo fires often and clears trash easily, but her torpedo damage is strong enough that she needs manual aiming, making her a poor fit for auto-battle.
