Is Wichita good?
A gun cruiser with firepower near the top of the heavy cruisers, a chance to fire an extra main gun round, and an extra gun mount from limit breaks, which adds up to excellent main gun damage. She also raises the firepower of every light and heavy cruiser in the fleet, herself included, by up to 15%.
Her secondary gun efficiency is poor, and with light armor and low evasion and speed she needs HP gear to stay in the fight.
