When the Emergency Maneuvers buff ends, if your Flagship is still afloat, William D. Porter recovers 3.5% (8%) of her max HP.

Every 5s after the battle starts: fires a Lv.1 (Lv.10) torpedo barrage (DMG is based on the skill's level). Every 2 times this ship fires her Main Guns: performs a Lv.1 (Lv.10) special attack (DMG is based on the skill's level); enemies hit by this attack have their ACC decreased by 3.5% (8%) and DMG Taken increased by 1% (5%) for 4s (this debuff also spreads to other enemies that are within 20 units of the affected enemies). 5s after a fleet this ship is NOT in starts a battle, if this ship is afloat: performs a Lv.1 (Lv.10) supporting attack (DMG is based on the skill's level).

Increases this ship's FP, TRP, and AA by 5% (15%). When the battle starts, if there is another ship in your Vanguard: increases this ship's Anti-Air Gun efficiency by 20% (50%). Once per battle, when 7 enemy aircraft have been shot down within your AA Gun Range: decreases this ship's DMG Taken by 15% and increases the AA of your Vanguard by 15% (30%) until the battle ends. 15s after the battle starts: drops a depth charge, and all your other ships enter the Attention Underwater state (increases ASW by 5% (15%)) for 50s.
