Is Yuudachi good?
A torpedo destroyer with a high torpedo stat and strong torpedo efficiency, and a skill that raises her torpedo and reload stats to push that further. Every 10 main gun salvos she also fires a dense forward barrage, which hits very hard when you steer her into enemies manually.
Her skill triggers on firing and also adds firepower, so a gun with both speed and power suits her.
