A Mystic sniper whose 3-cost EX fires an effectively unlimited-range shot through every enemy in a line, losing damage with each extra target, so it's best treated as a single-target nuke that also clips others. Her sub skill adds ATK while she stands still, and since she never moves while shooting it's always on.
Level her EX first: it drops from 4 to 3 cost. The shot has a slight delay, so moving targets can dodge it.
