Is Ikora good?
Ikora's Neutron Rebirth tracks targets automatically, and her AoE weapons make it easy to connect with grouped enemies. Against skilled players her abilities are hard to land unless a teammate sets them up with crowd control first, and her passive speeds up ability recharge so she's casting often even without that setup.
That makes her excellent against packed mobs but weak versus bosses, which is why she sits at D.
