Omega Shenron is a LEGEND fighter who grows stronger with each Dragon Ball
Omega Shenron (Shadow Dragon Saga, GT) gets a permanent damage boost every time he gains a Dragon Ball, up to seven times, and his Special Move and Special Arts can steal them from the enemy. Holding all seven flips his gauge to Release Type for +70% damage, +30% Critical Rate and protected Ki. Indestructible and a 20-count heal keep him standing. His kit may still change before release.
