Mance Rundstedt
Mance Rundstedt (also known as Lars) was an agent of Cassell College's execution Bureau and the former tutor of Chen Motong.
Biography
During Lu Mingfei's first week at Cassell College, Mance led an operation at the Three Gorges Dam, where he directed Ye Sheng and Sakatoku Aki while they explored the ancient City of Bronze.
Mance accurately assumed that the ancient place was made by the Dragon King of Bronze and Fire, King Norton.
After the mission was interrupted by the city's defenses, a dragon servant rose to the surface.
The diving team was killed before they could reach the ship and the rest of the crew soon after.
Mance navigated the Maniakh and with Key's help, he closed the gates of the dam on the dragon's body.
While he managed to kill the creature, he was poisoned by one the dragon's fangs, but he managed to secure the copper vase that contained Constantine, and protected Key's life.
Hilbert Ron Anjou, principal of Cassell College arrived at the wreckage to recover the vase, he informed Mance that he didn't actually kill Norton, but one of his dragon servitors instead.
Mance asked that the rest of the students not learn of what happened and told them that he had gone on a new mission (Which was his secret way of informing Chen Motong that he had died).
He also requested that Gerd Rudolf Manstein become Chen Motong's new tutor.
To commemorate him and his students, the school released Soul Doves and lit candles in their honor.
