3Case File I
In a corner of the Eastrise commercial street sits a modest little tailor shop. Rumor has it that the garments made there can grant wishes, whether it be a prayer for health or a desire for wealth. As long as one makes a wish to the shopkeeper during a fitting, the wish will come true once the clothes are worn. Some even claim that sorcery is at work behind the scenes. Facing such rumors, the shopkeeper Kira simply responds with her signature smile, waving her hands and insisting it is simply an illusion that people feel happier in new clothes, and so everything in life seems to go their way.
Case File II
In fact, Kira is a sorceress who hides her real name. Her sorcery doesn't directly affect people, but is imbued into fabric, so the wishes she can fulfill are ultimately limited. Even so, fulfilling these small wishes for her customers is the reason why Kira runs this tailor shop. She hopes to bring joy to people and do what she can for those who are lost. Therefore, she has her own set of criteria. She will never help those who clearly harbor ill intentions and try to use their wishes to harm others.

Kira insists on her strict selection criteria and hides her identity as a sorceress because of a past experience making clothes for a friend:
Early in her practice of sorcery, she excitedly crafted a set of clothes that could grant her friend's wishes. At first, the friend used them to fulfill harmless desires, but as those wishes kept coming true, her greed grew unchecked, eventually causing harm to innocent people. In the end, Kira tore the clothes apart and lost her friend. She realized that when greed becomes guaranteed, it marks the beginning of sin. While Kira wishes to help people realize their dreams, she refuses to let anyone lose themselves to greed. For this reason, the idea of 'granting wishes' is merely a gimmick for the tailor shop, a beautiful fantasy for its customers, one that Kira never promises through her sorcery.

When she loses her Shield, she grants a Shield equal to 30% Max HP to all allies and gains [Weaving] for 2 rounds, triggering once per round. [Splicing]: Reduces 50% of DMG taken. Also transfers 60% of DMG Reduction to Kira (effective only when Kira has a Shield). [Weaving]: When Shield is active, reduces DMG taken by 50%. Additionally, further decreases DMG by an amount equal to 15% Max HP. [Haute-Couture]: Increases Healing and Shield effects by 50%.
