Is Arjuna good?
Arjuna's whole kit chases one condition: hit a debuffed enemy and his first skill's bonus damage kicks in hard, and conveniently his own finisher move knocks down Buster resistance right before the hit lands, which alone already satisfies that same condition. His second skill banks up to 30% NP on its own and funnels stars onto Buster cards, so stacking a 50%-charge support essence leaves only a small gap before his Noble Phantasm is ready again, and because that same bonus damage carries over to normal attacks too, debuffed targets can eat massive Buster critical hits from him.
The debuff his Noble Phantasm applies can fail against enemies with strong resistance though, which guts his damage when it does, and what little Guts and HP recovery he has falls short of covering how fragile Berserkers usually are once the difficulty ramps up.
