Is Chloe von Einzbern good?
Chloe von Einzbern works as a pseudo Order Change, buffing the party's attack and Noble Phantasm damage before pulling herself out of the fight once the turn wraps up, letting her support then step out cleanly. She also functions as an NP battery: her first skill sets allies up to gain Manuscript Complete stacks on attack, and her third skill converts each removed stack into 10% NP, so an area Noble Phantasm that hits three enemies can grant three stacks and a 30% charge in one go.
Her own finishing move gets stronger based on how many Manuscript Complete stacks she's built, so just fighting normally to rack those up already turns her into a passable bonus-damage attacker on the side, though charging NP with her third skill wipes those stacks and zeroes out her own bonus damage.

At first, Illya rejected Chloe, but after reconciliation, she began to reside with the Einzbern family.
They tell everyone they are cousins, but since their faces are so similar, people often take them for twins.
When Illya's older stepbrother, Shirou, first met Chloe, he mistook her for Illya.
Although he can't be blamed, since he didn't know of Chloe's existence, the fact that he could not tell them apart was quite a shock for Illya.

She is not aware of the identity of the Heroic Spirit whose form she borrows, but she has inherited all the combat skills this Heroic Spirit had perfected.
Due to her high combat capability, quick thinking, and wild nature, Rin saw Chloe as a threat and cast a curse of shared pain on her.
Rin's original intent was to limit Chloe's threat to Illya by having them share the same pain, but that wasn't enough to stop this little devil.

A special move used by a certain Heroic Spirit, it projects three pairs of married swords. Utilizing the paired swords' attraction to each other, this series of ranged slashing attacks is practically unavoidable. When combined with Chloe's ability to instantly move behind the enemy, this maneuver is difficult to perceive even with the Mind's Eye skill. The only way to defeat it is to either defend from all directions, or ignore the damage and attack the user directly.

As an existence similar to that of a Servant who unexpectedly manifested without a Master, Chloe constantly craves magical energy.
And her favorite way of acquiring magical energy is through mucous membrane contact. No contract, fast and easy. If she gets a chance, this tanned little devil will start her kissing attack, making any place into a very awkward situation.
"This is only for medical purposes. Don't get the wrong idea," is what she says. I see, I see.
