Is Ylgr good?
Ylgr picks up an Attack and Speed boost whenever she out-speeds the foe, then spreads a Def/Res debuff to the area around her. Sorcery Blade 3 lets her target whichever of the foe's Def or Res is lower as long as she's next to a magic ally, and Spd Tactic 3 hands nearby allies a temporary Speed boost.
