Is Claire good?
A mix of healer, bruiser and CC. Her Ultimate damages and stuns every enemy while healing allies by HP%, her Active heals based on ATK, and her Sacrifice passive, triggered near death, stuns every enemy and fully heals and buffs allies, which cheese comps use by letting her die on purpose.
She's a solid PVP support despite nerfs, but specialists outdo her in each role and her passive only works once.
