Is Erin good?
A pure support dressed as a Wizard. Her Ultimate shields the team based on her HP and boosts their damage, while her Active raises team ATK and lowers enemy ATK, and her passives add team additional damage and damage reduction and boost her own HP.
She's a premier buffer for raids, bosses and endgame PVE, and her high HP lets her stand in front of fragile DPS. Her own damage is terrible.
