Is Clarisse good?
A melee DPS who spends everything early. Her first passive opens each battle with 25 seconds of Desperate Will, greatly boosting skill damage, Ignore DEF and ATK amp, and her Ultimate and Active hit harder during it while applying permanent damage taken and healing reduction debuffs.
That makes her excellent in short fights like the Avalon walls and Star Reincarnation, and against regenerating Adventure bosses. She falls off in long fights and needs defensive investment to survive.
