Profile
After leaving her family, Rita had to survive in the back alleys. The fact that she had once been the daughter of a prestigious knightly house meant nothing there.
At first, it was simply a means of survival. But as the hands reaching for her in the back alleys grew darker and darker, Rita began asking herself why she had taken up the sword in the first place. The feeling that she, who carried the blood of knights, had ended up standing at the edge of crime was not something she could easily grow numb to.
"This isn't what I wanted..."
In the end, she put down her sword. She quietly resolved to draw a line and leave bloodstained work behind.
There were not many realistic choices. The most reliable way to earn a living without getting involved in crime was, ironically enough, a part-time job at a maid café.
