Is Palamedes good?
A selfish raid DPS who deals huge bonus damage to enemies under any crowd control, such as Stun, Root, Freeze or Fear. CC on the target cuts her Active cooldown to 2 seconds and boosts her basic attacks and Active, her Ultimate adds crit chance and her Active stacks additional damage.
Paired with the many CC supports in the meta her damage is explosive, but she has no defensive utility and is very fragile.
