Is Vivien good?
An AoE caster who deals huge damage to Rooted enemies. Her Ultimate hits every enemy, boosts her later skill damage and cuts her Active cooldowns, her Active hits the front row with a strong ATK reduction, and her passives add Magic ATK, crit and big bonus damage against Rooted targets.

Tiamat against Radiance enemies, but she can't Root by herself.
