Is Ines good?

Ines fills the healer role with a kit built around charms. Her charm skill piles up a stacking heal-power buff, up to ten stacks, and her second skill both hits the nearest enemy and restores whoever has the least health, blending offense and healing in one move. The burst tacks on a lingering heal zone around the lowest-HP ally after its group heal, and her overall healing is strong enough to keep the front line up even against bosses that shrug off status effects, which is why she gets picked early.

Charms landed by teammates feed her stacks too, so she pairs especially well with a charm-capable tank like Midwen.
