Is Angela good?

Angela regenerates a portion of the damage she's taken through her Resilience ability, and a Recovery mastery makes that healing even stronger. She stacks multiple Fury buffs and can boost their effectiveness further with Aptitude, which drives her damage output way up, and stacking Precision buffs through Cruelty gives her a big critical hit rate as well.

She has good matchups against Civil Warrior and Ultron, but The Hood's Fate Seal gets around her Signature Ability, Ronan punishes her for stacking buffs, and Juggernaut's early Unstoppable is a problem she can't remove.
