Is Hela good?
Hela's whole plan is stacking Fury buffs, so Enhanced Fury boosts her directly, and her Special 3 makes her a strong finisher, which Assassin plays into well. She does well against 
Star-Lord, 
Black Panther (Civil War) and 
Spider-Man (Stark Enhanced), but 
Doctor Strange, 
Rogue and 
Ronan are all difficult matchups for her.
C tier for a Fury-stacking Cosmic with some clear favorable and unfavorable pairings.

5Spirits of the Dead
PassiveHela controls the Spirits of the Dead, using them to power her Fury Buffs, giving them infinite duration as long as she has Spirits. Each Fury Buff active on her drains her Spirits over time, but each strike of her summoned swords empowers them. If her Spirits are exhausted, her Fury Buffs begin to expire 1 at a time. While charging her Heavy Attack, Hela continually gains Fury Buffs granting 2040.5 Attack.

Signature AbilityAt the start of the fight each Champion on Hela’s team that is knocked out grants her 16.77 - 40 Spirits. This first time Hela would be knocked out in each fight, she gains an Indestructible Buff, that lasts for 3.28 - 7 seconds.

Special 1Special 1 - Fury of the Dead Hela stabs for the heart of her opponent. 100% chance to trigger a Fury Buff granting 2040.5 Attack.
