Is Kushala good?
Kushala has flexible damage-over-time options between Incinerate, Soul Barb and Degeneration that let her adapt to different matchups, and she's the first Mystic to gain Power just from the opponent having buffs rather than waiting for them to expire or get Nullified, which keeps her Power gain far more consistent. She can also block Unblockable attacks from non-Science opponents and regenerate most of the block damage she takes.
Incinerate or Nullify Immunity removes a lot of her damage and power tools, and she has no real counter to Evade, Miss, 
Unstoppable or Auto-Block, so a strong defensive opponent can collapse her whole rotation. S tier for a flexible, consistent Mystic with a real weakness to hard defensive kits.

Background
S. soldiers. In her anger and grief, she cried out for aid, opening herself to a Spirit of Vengeance, a demon that helped her reduce the soldiers to smoldering ash.
Horrified by the violent nature of her new partner, she sought to rid herself of its influence.
She ultimately failed in this task, but along the way came to master the mystical arts, ultimately becoming the Sorcerer Supreme of her time and a staunch defender of our reality.

7Spirit of Vengeance
PassiveKushala’s connection to her Spirit of Vengeance grants her Immunity to all Bleed and Incinerate effects. All attacks deal Energy Damage. Combat Power Rate is reduced by 20%. Personal Damaging effects are paused during Kushala’s Special Attacks.
Hunter of Might
PassiveLight Attacks have a 40% chance to place an indefinite Ignition Buff on the Opponent. The chance increases by +20% flat if the Opponent is Soul Barbed. Max stacks: 10. When the Opponent gains a Buff, Kushala Passively gains 2% of her Max Power. Kushala does not benefit from the Mystic Dispersion Mastery. Instead, each rank increases the amount of power she gains on Buff activation by 10%.
Blessings of The Eagle
PassiveGain a Blessing of Wisdom when either Champion performs a Well-Timed Block, allowing Kushala to Block Unblockable attacks from non-Science Champions and Passively Regenerate 25% of the damage taken from Blocked hits. Gain a Blessing of Justice when either Champion is struck by the first hit of a Heavy Attack, making the Opponent more aggressive and increasing the potency of Kushala’s Damaging effects by 10%. Gain a Blessing of Power when either Champion Intercepts their Opponent, increasing Kushala’s Ability Power Rate by 15% and reducing the Opponent’s by the same amount. Blessings are not affected by Ability Accuracy. Each Blessing lasts for 12 seconds, plus an additional +15 seconds flat if activated while either Champion is performing or recovering from a Special Attack 1 or 2. When activating a Blessing while both other Blessings have more active stacks, pause all Blessings for 3 seconds. The Ability Accuracy of Kushala’s personal effects and the Parry Mastery is increased by 35% for each unique Blessing active.
Spirit Rider
Signature AbilityThe pause for activating the Blessing with the fewest stacks lasts an additional 1 - 5 seconds. Kushala’s Damaging Debuffs have a 2 - 9% chance for each active Blessing to be replaced with matching Passives with 20% increased potency. This chance is doubled against Cosmic Opponents. Kushala does not benefit from the Despair Mastery. Instead, she reduces the Opponent’s Regeneration Rate by 8% for each Debuff or personal Damaging Passive active on them, up to a maximum of 100%. Each rank in the Despair Mastery increases this reduction by +4% and the maximum by +10%

Special 1 - Judgement By Fire
Special AttackKushala uses her sorcery to turn her opponent's strength against them as searing flames. On the final hit, each Buff on the Opponent has a 50% chance to be Nullified. For each Buff Nullified, inflict an Incinerate Debuff, dealing 22488 Energy Damage over 18 seconds. Inflict 4 additional Incinerates if the Opponent is Soul Barbed or Degenerating.

Special 2 - Riding the Spirit
Special AttackKushala rides the spirit into her opponent's very soul, dangerously destabilizing them. The final hit consumes 30% of the Ignition Buffs on the Opponent to inflict a 562.2 potency Soul Barb Debuff for 15 seconds. Max stacks: 3. This duration is increased by +0.75 seconds for each Buff consumed and for each Incinerate effect on the Opponent.

Special 3 - Generations of Vengeance
Special AttackTapping into the power of her bloodline, both past and future, Kushala lets loose the Vengeance within her in a powerful explosion. Gain one stack of each Blessing and place an indefinite Judgement on the Opponent, increasing the duration of Kushala’s future Blessings by +4 seconds. Max stacks: 3. For each active Blessing, inflict a Degeneration Debuff, dealing 11244 Direct Damage over 8 seconds.
