Is Loki good?
Loki hard-counters buff-reliant opponents by stealing all of their buffs outright, even from champions immune to Nullify, and his strong Energy Resistance makes him effective against Energy-based attackers. When he lands his Special 3, he Curses the opponent for damage over time while stealing buffs, and a skilled player can keep basic attacks landing Stuns and heavy attacks refreshing the Curse for the whole fight, with Despair making that healing reduction even worse.
He's weak against opponents who rely on pure attack stats and debuffs rather than buffs, like 
Hulk or 
Black Panther, and he's noticeably weaker into physical attacks despite decent health. D tier for a strong anti-buff specialist who struggles outside that lane.

Special 2 - Cryokinesis
Special AttackLoki taps into his Frost Giant lineage to overpower opponents with a surge of ice. If Loki has more Health points than his opponent, he has a 100% chance of dealing Energy Damage equal to 7% of their max Health. This damage cannot exceed 100,000 damage. This attack is Passively Unblockable.
