Is Medusa good?
Medusa punishes Armor Up stacking through her Armor Break tools, and combining a high Attack Rating with reduced opponent Armor makes her hits land hard, including strong work against Robots by disabling their abilities and power generation. Deep Wounds more than doubles the damage from her Special 2's short Bleeds, and once Armor is Shattered her sword attacks keep Bleeding the opponent, letting her close out fights fast when she's ahead on health.
She depends on landing Armor Break consistently, so resistance to it (
Dragon Man, for example) hurts her, and since her own kit runs on buffs, buff-punishing opponents are a bad matchup too. A tier for a strong Armor Break specialist who pairs well with 
Black Bolt and 
Karnak.

Background
Born into the Inhuman Royal Family of Attilan, Medusa was exposed to the mutagenic Terrigen Mists when she was only an infant.
This transformation endowed her with tougher-than-steel hair and the ability to control each strand like an added appendage.
Along with her husband, Black Bolt, Medusa leads her people as the Queen of the Inhumans in their search for a better place in the world.
