Is Nightcrawler good?
Nightcrawler lands big instant Bleeds off his Critical Hits, and his Evade chance can only be lowered by Tech champions. That's about where the good news ends: Bleed Immune opponents cut off most of his damage unless you're chasing the Special 3 Incinerate instead, and Armor eats into whatever Bleed damage does get through, which is why he sits at D.

Background
Raised from childhood in an Eastern European circus, Half-Demon Mutant Kurt Wagner has always existed on the outside.
Gifted with the power to teleport at will, but marred with Azazel (Marvel Comics)'s demonic appearance, Kurt eventually found a place for himself amongst Xavier's X-Men.
Despite his intimidating outward appearance, Nightcrawler remains positive and optimistic, always using his powers for the betterment of both mankind and mutantkind.

Ending a Combo with a Light Attack or Dodging back and holding Block for 2 seconds causes Nightcrawler to swap between Neyaphem and Swashbuckling modes. While Dodging back, Nightcrawler cannot be struck by attacks. Whenever Nightcrawler successfully Dodges an attack this way, gain a 10% Prowess Passive for 20 seconds. Max stacks: 10.
Critical Hits
PassiveCritical Hits inflict an instant Bleed dealing a burst of 6042.6 Direct Damage. The potency of this Bleed is reduced by 10% for each Armor Up Buff on the Opponent.
At tier 7
Neyaphem Mode
PassiveNightcrawler gains a 22% chance to Evade all incoming Attacks. This chance is increased by 15% against Physical Attacks.
Swashbuckling Mode
PassiveSecond Medium Attacks grant a Precision Passive, increasing Critical Rating by 485.29 for 15 seconds. Max stacks: 5. When activating these Precisions, pause Nightcrawler’s personal Prowess and Precision effects for 5 seconds.
