Is Scarlet Witch good?
Scarlet Witch's Chaos Surge keeps handing the opponent buffs throughout the fight, but she turns that into an advantage: nullifying one with a well-timed block, or just letting one expire naturally, feeds her Power gain, and Mystic Dispersion pushes that gain even higher. Well-Timed Block Nullify is her single most valuable tool, so Block Proficiency matters to cut down the chip damage she takes while pulling it off, and Parry helps set up the Heavy Attacks she needs to keep her Instability mechanic under control.
