Is Thor good?
Thor resists Shock effects, picks up Fury Buffs easily from landing any attack, and can break the opponent's Armor through his Signature Ability while ignoring Armor entirely through Special 1 and his Fury Buffs. Willpower works well for him thanks to that Shock resistance, and stacking Enhanced and Extended Fury pushes his Attack and Buff duration even further.
Losing his Fury Buffs cuts into his ceiling, and losing his Armor Break and Stun Debuffs throws off his attack rotation, which puts him at C.
