Is Tigra good?
Tigra does well against opponents who generate Buffs when struck, since her Neutralize denies those Buffs and turns them into Rupture, Power, or bonus damage instead. She causes non-contact Special hits to Miss while charging her Heavy Attack, letting her dodge and punish hard-to-dodge Specials, and her long Heavy Attack Ruptures make her strong against champions whose Heavy Attacks are easy to punish, which adds up to an S.
High Physical Resistance weakens her Rupture Debuffs badly, and Slow, Weakness, or Exhaustion Debuffs disable her Miss and Unblockable tools, while Debuff removal or reduced duration cuts out most of her damage.

Tigra's full name is Greer Nelson. Tigra is a female humanoid cat-person.
Background
Greer Nelson was once a Super Hero going by the name “Cat”, who was gravely injured pursuing members of Hydra.
In an effort to save her life, her ex-boss performed an ancient ritual which resulted in her possession by Tigra, the greatest Warrior from a race of humanoid cat-people.
While attacking, Tigra neutralizes her opponent, preventing them from gaining any Buffs and pausing the duration of her Primal and Huntress Senses.
These Senses increase Tigra’s Power Gain and Damage output.
