Is A2 good?

A rocket launcher with an unusually wide blast radius, which lets her hit clustered mobs and multi-part bosses in one go. She trades HP for damage, so she wants a healer and ideally someone else drawing aggro. Against a single-part boss her numbers fall off hard, but campaign stages are where she earns her slot.
