Is Red Arthur good?
Arthur's whole niche is buffing Amplify attackers: his card pumps up allies like Traitor 
Meliodas or 
Red Escanor, and pairing him with a rank-up unit such as Gowther gets that buff card to a useful rank faster. His own offense and defense are bad and his unique hasn't aged well, so he only sees play in specific Amplify-based strategies against Howlex or Original Demon, and even there newer units like Red Summer Diane usually do the job better.
He can help early in the story before getting replaced by faster AoE farmers. We rate him B tier.
