Is Red Eastin good?
Eastin cleanses her team's debuffs, and ranking that skill up adds a Defense buff with three turns of debuff immunity on top. Her active skill drains the enemy's ultimate gauge, making her a solid counter to Ult Rush strategies, and her unique cuts incoming single-target damage by 6 percent for every Seven Catastrophes ally on the team, though stacking four of them in one lineup rarely happens in practice.
She hits like wet paper offensively and doesn't have much to offer outside PvP. We rank her C tier.
