Is Red Derieri good?
This version of Derieri snowballs her own Attack every turn she uses at least one skill, so keeping her active is the whole game plan, and her Commandment cuts the damage of ranged skills in PvP, for both sides, so she works best next to melee-only allies. Buff removal or anything that stuns her out of a turn kills the strategy instantly since the Attack stacking resets, and she's strictly single-target, which makes her a mediocre farmer even though she hits hard.
She's a genuine Howlex specialist, capable of soloing the Hell difficulty by surviving on her buff card through the early phases and then finishing the boss off with a fully stacked ultimate. We rank her A tier.

This applies to both allies and enemies when entering battle (except for Ultimate Moves) hence, it would be advised to rely on melee skills in her team.
