Is Amelia good?
Amelia locks enemies down for a long stretch through her Concussion effect, which lasts longer against foes hit by multiple attacks in a single turn, so she pairs best with heroes who chain several hits per skill. When she goes down, she leaves a parting gift, a barrier and debuff cleanse for two allies, on top of an Unable to Recover debuff she applies to the enemy's tankiest target.
Her attack range is on the narrow side, so she does more work in Guild War's 3v3 format than in the wider Arena, and she can be earned as a Guild War reward.
