Is Aquila good?
Aquila is built for Death-focused teams, inflicting Death and shortening the turns enemies lose to it, with a passive that lowers every enemy's Effect Resistance to make those debuffs land more often. At 6th Transcendence she also cuts skill cooldowns whenever an enemy gets incapacitated.
Outside of Death comps she still holds up as a durability support, granting Link to the whole team and dropping a barrier on low-HP allies from her basic attacks, which is why we rate her A.
