Is Biscuit good?

Biscuit boosts boss damage for high-Attack allies and raises the team's Weakness Hit Chance, on top of a passive that cuts every enemy's Defense. She also strips buffs from the three most-buffed enemies and hits three targets with an Ignore Defense attack of her own.

Her durability gets shaky in fights that aren't five-enemy battles, but her buff and debuff kit makes her a strong PvE pick in Raids and Castle Rush, earning her an A.
