Is Miho good?

Miho is one of the only heroes immune to Petrify, and her passive grants Life Drain to the whole party, which is a huge boost to survivability for glass-cannon allies. She also raises the team's Magic Attack, hits hard with Max HP-based single-target damage, and by Transcendence 2 hands out an easy barrier to everyone.

Her passive rewards Weakness Hits too, so putting her alongside Rachel, whose passive raises Weakness Hit chance, sets up that damage easily, and she's especially strong in Magic parties and the Iron Devourer Raid.
