Is Yu Shin good?

Yu Shin combines magic damage with support, inflicting Paralysis on enemies while cutting their incoming healing and lowering their Effect Resistance on his Normal Attack. His passive raises Effect Hit Rate for the whole team, so he's at his best next to other status-ailment characters who can take advantage of that boost.

All Damage Immunity keeps him alive, and at 2nd Transcendence he picks up debuff removal on Skill 1 for extra utility, rounding out an S-tier kit.
