Is Hati good?
A berserker Assassin who rushes in at battle start for 750% and lowers her target's damage dealt, and her Ultimate hits for 1650% while taunting the target for 6 seconds. The first time she drops below 40% HP she heals a little and gains permanent lifesteal and 20% more damage, which keeps her alive where other assassins would fall.
