Is Joan good?
A Warrior who hits in a cone and stuns her target for 2 seconds every four basic attacks. Her Ultimate turns her weapon into a saw and electrifies her for 15 seconds, hitting a cone for 1500% and spreading Induction stacks that chain to other enemies and stun at eight stacks, while her Special fires automatically with extra damage.
Reasonable in story and PVP.

High-Powered Armament
