Is Letitia good?
A crit-stacking Warrior and the Oathsworn of the Windchaser synergy. She builds Windwing stacks, up to 40, each giving crit rate and dodge, and shares some with Windchaser Initiates. Her Special hits twice every third basic attack and heals her, and her Ultimate scales hard with Windwing.
She can overcap crit, so gear can focus on damage. Without a synergy partner half her kit is off, she has no AoE, and she needs Ultimate levels for DPS checks.

Howling Cry
