Is Limine good?
A flexible Dusk's Devotion unit who can carry AoE or act as a Bloodsoul battery. At battle start she blasts an area and turns enemies into Blood Servants for 20 seconds, and her Ultimate hits a circle for 1320%, doing more to Blood Servants and cutting its next cost.
Killing five enemies around her Ultimate raises team Bloodsoul recovery by 20%, and she's a solid off-DPS against boss adds.
Pairs well with: Alexi; 
Livian.

SpecialAt the start of battle, Limine creates a blood explosion a certain distance from herself, dealing 750.0% ATK (M. DMG) to hit enemies and turning them into Blood Servants for 20 sec. Boss-level units cannot be turned into Blood Servants.

Voracity
TalentLimine gains 30.0% Lifesteal from DMG dealt to Blood Servants. When a Blood Servant dies, Limine gains 1 stack of Blood Frenzy. When Blood Moon is active, the effects of Blood Frenzy are doubled.
