Is Lucille good?
A Lunar Vigil Enchanter focused on debuffs, mainly for PVP, though the synergy keeps her useful in high-level raids. Her basic attack also hits enemies under Dreamscape, a debuff lowering hit rate and crit rate, which her Special and AoE Ultimate spread widely.
She gives Lunar Vigil allies crit damage reduction, a counter to crit teams. She needs R1 or higher to be viable in PVE.
