Is Quinn good?
A tank and support who gives every ally a cheat-death buff at battle start: the first time they hit 0 HP they turn damage-immune and heal from her HP, though summons don't get it. During her channelled Ultimate she takes part of the damage allies would take and gives them damage reduction, and her Scar of Crowley stacks, earned as allies lose HP, heal her below 50%.
CC cancels her Ultimate, she has little mitigation outside it, and at high deficits she can fall fast as a main tank.

After casting her Ultimate, Scar of Crowley restores 4 stack s, while Quinn restores 8.0% Max HP every 1 sec until her Ultimate ends.
