Is Ressa good?
A Warrior who grows stronger over long fights. Her Ultimate starts at a steep 10 cost, but her Special permanently lowers it every 10 seconds and each ally Ultimate lowers it further until she casts, and with 10 Spirit Illusion stacks the cone Ultimate always crits.
Her Talent stacks crit rate on crits, so Philosopher Stone is her key artifact. Very good in bossing, less so elsewhere.

Enlightened Mind
SpecialCRIT Rate increases by 40.0% when the battle begins. Activates once every 10 sec. Permanently reduces the Bloodsoul consumed by Ressa's Ultimate by 1. If an enemy dies during this period, the cost is reduced by an additional 1. Stops activating after 6 reductions.
