Seraphina is a character in Silver and Blood.

Is Seraphina good?
A burst Marksman and buffer for the Windchaser crit team. Her basic attacks and cone Special stack Radiant Feathers on enemies, up to 20, which her Ultimate detonates for huge burst, and feathers on dying enemies turn into crit rate and crit damage for her.
She was free during her event and is the key to Crypt of Doom Floor 3. She needs 
Letitia for her full kit, and should wait for max stacks rather than fire her Ultimate early.
Pairs well with: Letitia.

Wings of Devotion
TalentTalent. Talent: Effective Range. When the battle begins, she grants herself and the allies on the tiles in front of and to the left of her ATK SPD UP (Minor). This effect is permanent and cannot be dispelled. When a Windchaser dodges the Basic ATK DMG, they gain 1 stack of Feathers of War for 10 sec. This effect can only trigger once every 2 sec for each Vassal.
Seraphic Light
SpecialActivates once every 3 Basic ATK(s). Fires multiple feathers in a cone toward the target, dealing 600.0% ATK (P. DMG) to enemies hit and applying 1 stack s of Radiant Feather.
Requiem of the Plumes
Ultimate · Ultimate Cost 0Set an enemy as the target and deals 4500.0% ATK (P. DMG), applying 2 stack(s) of Radiant Feather to the target and surrounding enemies. All Radiant Feathers on the field are then retrieved and converted into Feathers of War. Each stack of retrieved Radiant Feathers deals 300.0% ATK (P. DMG) to its carrier. Finally, all Windchasers gain the CRIT DMG Up buff equal to 50.0% of Seraphina's Feathers of War for 12 sec.
