Is Seth good?
A healer who cleanses and heals the lowest-HP ally every four basic attacks, healing an extra 10% whenever the cleanse lands. Her Ultimate rewinds every ally's HP to where it was 3 seconds earlier, heals them for 47% of her max HP and cleanses one debuff, preferring CC, ignoring anti-heal effects.
Timed well, it undoes massive boss hits and swings PVP fights.
