Is Timeless Aiona good?
The strongest damage dealer available, against groups and single targets alike, able to push 30% deficits where others manage 15-20%. She's a basic-attack Marksman: healing on her becomes shields, and once her shield reaches 50% or 100% of her HP her basic attacks hit much harder and add max-HP damage.
All her scaling sits on her basic attack, so she's cheap to build, her Ultimate costs only 4, and she can off-tank with 
Starry-Eyed Aiona behind her. She replaces 
Van Helsing in 
Fleeting Bella, 
Acappella and 
Sirene teams.
Pairs well with: Fleeting Bella; Acappella; Sirene; Starry-Eyed Aiona.

When targets are hit repeatedly, deals 25.0% DMG.

Inverse Time

When her Shield reaches 100.0% of Max HP, each Basic ATK deals additional DMG equal to 4.0% of the target's Max HP, with additional DMG capped at 60.0% of Timeless Aiona's ATK.
